Contracts Engineer – The Role:

As a vital member of the team, you'll be responsible for managing intricate engineering contracts with precision and expertise. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of the ambitious projects on time and within budget.

Contracts Engineer - Key Responsibilities:

- Overseeing the negotiation, administration, and execution of engineering contracts

- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure contract requirements are understood and met

- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues throughout the contract lifecycle

- Monitoring project progress and compliance with contractual obligations

- Resolving disputes and maintaining positive relationships with clients and suppliers

Contracts Engineer – Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in contract management within the engineering sector

- Strong understanding of contract law and commercial principles

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple contracts concurrently and prioritise workload effectively

- Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent experience preferred
