Your Mission:

Your mission as a Payroll Administrator is to play a fundamental role in ensuring our temporary workforce are paid accurately and on time every pay day. The position requires attention to detail, great administrative skills, effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, and an interest in process improvement. You'll be supported by an experienced team and gain valuable skills to develop within the profession.

Key Responsibilities:

Timely handling of payroll information including hours, holiday payments, timesheets, new joiners, and leavers.
Processing statutory payments including sickness and maternity.
Responding to candidates and Customer Success to resolve pay slip queries.
Updating candidate addresses and bank details.
Pensions administration including uploading of contributions to the pension portal and sending communications.
Administering court order deductions and responding to third parties
