Qualifications and Skills:

- A degree or diploma in Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.#

- SMSTS is essential

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is an advantage.

- Basic understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).

- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

- A valid driver’s license may be required.

Training and Development:

- On-the-job training under the supervision of an experienced Site Manager.

- Opportunities to attend training courses and workshops related to construction management.
