Description

Barker Ross are looking for a Labourer to join our clients team in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.. As a Labourer, you will play a critical role in the construction project, by providing crucial on-site support. Your duties will include assisting with various tasks, ensuring the site is clean and free of hazards, and following all health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

You will be working on three large house renovations.
Scraping and cleaning down render.
Ripping up and helping to lay floors.
Helping with internal wall demolition
Cleaning down
Lifting and carryingRequirements

CSCS card would be essential
Previous experience working as a Labourer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and different locations as required.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
