Job Title: CSCS General Operative

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled CSCS Carded General Site Operative to join our team at Minstrell Engineering. As a key member of our site labour team, you will be responsible for assisting trades, helping with material deliveries, and performing site gateman duties during busy periods.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist trades and labourers with various tasks on site
* Help with material deliveries and associated duties
* Perform site gateman duties, directing construction traffic and ensuring site safety
* Maintain a clean and tidy work environment

**Requirements:**

* Hold a valid CSCS card
* Previous experience in general site labouring or similar
* Ability to provide previous work references

**Working Hours:**

* 45-50 hours per week, Monday to Friday

**Duration:**

* Ongoing role until end March 2025
