Job Title: Site Agent (Earthworks)
Location: Alcester
Rate: £350 - £400 per day (DOE)
Contract: Long-term

Company Overview:
Our client is a well-established and reputable company specializing in the earthworks sector within construction. They are currently expanding due to sustained growth and are seeking a Site Agent to oversee their operations on a long-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving business and manage their project in Alcester.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage site operations for earthworks projects, ensuring successful project delivery

* Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

* Ensure work is completed to specification, on time, and within budget

* Implement and monitor health and safety standards on-site

* Liaise with the project management team and client representatives to provide progress updates

* Manage resources efficiently and resolve on-site issues promptly

* Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Agent, preferably in the earthworks industry

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Excellent knowledge of earthmoving, excavations, and groundwork operations

* Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively

* Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations

* Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (desirable)

* CSCS card required
