About the Role:

In this role, you will work closely with teachers to provide booster sessions in core subjects such as English, Math, and Science for Key Stage 2 students. Your support will be crucial in helping students strengthen their understanding and improve their academic performance throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and delivering targeted booster sessions in core subjects.
Support individual and small groups of students to enhance their understanding of key concepts.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help develop and adapt learning materials to meet the needs of all students.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with Key Stage 2 students in an educational setting.
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, particularly in core subjects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and engage students.
A patient, supportive, and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
Relevant qualifications (such as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are desirable.
