Job Description

* Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects

* Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information

* Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential risks and opportunities

* Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project requirements and constraints

* Present estimates to clients and negotiate contracts to ensure profitability

About the Role

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our client's projects. You will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects and ensuring they are completed within budget. With a focus on residential and commercial projects, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of exciting and challenging projects.
