Job Description

  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information
  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project requirements and constraints
  • Present estimates to clients and negotiate contracts to ensure profitability

About the Role

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our client's projects. You will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of construction projects and ensuring they are completed within budget. With a focus on residential and commercial projects, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of exciting and challenging projects.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
