Requirements
* Proven experience in a Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development Partner or similar role, preferably within a tech, SaaS, or fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of employee development, training, and engagement practices.
* Takes a solutions focused approach to talent and engagement challenges and develops innovative responses to meet organisational needs.
* Experience designing and delivering engaging training materials for a range of learners and managing training delivery plans.
* Experience managing a learning management system (LMS), including deployment and management of learning pathways, content, compliance and reporting.
* Knowledge and experience of managing apprenticeship programmes
* Experience of compliance qualifications; Fire, First Aid, etc.
* Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to, and engage, audiences.
* Self-motivated with an ability to demonstrate a can-do approach
* Shares information clearly and convincingly, ensuring openness and transparency.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
* Creates a positive and supportive environment for fellow colleagues to grow and reach their full potential.
* Ideally, qualified to degree level in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or CIPD Learning & Development level 5 qualification
