R13 are excited to be collaborating with a leading industrial supplier in the recruitment of a Customer Support Administrator. You will be responsible for handing initial enquiries, generating quotes and handling order processing, while establishing strong customer relationships.

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday – Friday and is offering a salary of up to £22,000 depending on experience.

The day to day

* Managing and responding promptly to initial inquiries, offering product expertise.

* Generating quotes for customers and suppliers.

* Cultivating strong customer relationships with exceptional service.

* Handling order processing, including accurate data input.

* Liaising with customers and suppliers via email and telephone.

You will have/be

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* An enthusiastic approach.

* A desire to learn and continually improve.

* A technical or engineering background.
