The Role:

As a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a Year 7 boy with SEND, providing personalised assistance that allows him to access and excel in his education. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating closely with teachers to adapt materials and teaching strategies to meet the student's unique needs.
Building a strong rapport with the student, promoting his engagement and confidence in the learning process.
Assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Monitoring the student's progress and providing regular feedback to teaching staff and parents.
Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
