The Role:
As a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a Year 7 boy with SEND, providing personalised assistance that allows him to access and excel in his education
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating closely with teachers to adapt materials and teaching strategies to meet the student's unique needs.
Building a strong rapport with the student, promoting his engagement and confidence in the learning process.
