We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Support professional to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide maintenance services in line with best practices, company policy, procedures, and relevant regulations under the guidance of the Maintenance Manager.
 
Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, working 5 days over a 7-day period as agreed with the Maintenance Manager. The role may include on-call responsibilities outside of normal working hours.
 
Rate of Pay: £14.50 per hour
 
Role Specific Duties:
 
·Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of maintenance programs and service delivery.
·Implement actions to ensure maintenance standards are met and maintained.
·Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records.
·Systematically resolve day-to-day maintenance issues as they arise.
 
Qualifications (Desirable):
 
·RQF Diploma/HNC/City and Guilds in Maintenance or Building Services
 
Requirements:
 
·Ability to complete and maintain accurate, legible maintenance schedules.
·Support the creation and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures.
·Good written and verbal English.
·Ability to communicate effectively with the team, management, and visitors.
·Building Maintenance Skills (Essential).
·Previous employment in a maintenance role and/or the building trade.
·Experience working with service users who have additional support needs.
