Job scope:

We are looking to recruit a Care Coordinator to join us at one of the brands of Catalyst Care Group - Nurseline Community Services. As a Care Coordinator, you will work within the team to promote best practices, drive high performance, and deliver exceptional service. Supporting both the Registered Manager and General Manager, the Care Coordinator will be instrumental in building strong relationships with team members, clinicians, clients, and service users.

The Care Coordinator will focus on staffing solutions, business retention, and growth, ensuring compliance and effective communication. In this role, the Care Coordinator will manage the team’s workload, identify areas for improvement, and drive productivity. You’ll act as a clinician-centric champion, maintaining focus on immediate and long-term goals, overseeing audits, and ensuring the team excels in utilizing business systems. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential for a successful Care Coordinator.

Do you have?

* At least 6 months work experience as a Care Coordinator in the healthcare sector.

* Previous experience dealing with or within a high-volume incoming call and query environment.

* Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare sector and relevant legislation.

* Understanding of relevant recruitment and employment legislation.

* Knowledge of constructed client and customer management systems.

* Driving license
