Our client a fast growing food brand with over 100 restaurants across the UK. This newly created procurement role will be pivotal for the success of the business going forward, building strong relationships both internally and externally with suppliers. Our client has created a range of products that are very well known and offer a wide menu and choice of food offering.

Description

Leading the procurement of all ingredients, food, beverage and services products.
Reporting to the COO, this role has high visibility.
Leading a team of Buyers and Category Manager
Developing long term relationships with suppliers.
Managing and negotiating on all major contracts. Profile

8 + years of procurement and supply chain experience.
A track record within the hospitality, leisure, restaurant or QSR industries.
Strong communication skills
The ability to work cross functionally. Job Offer
