Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Children’s Social Worker to work within the Family Safeguarding Teams in West Lancashire, managing all elements of statutory social work in a fast-paced team, working with and alongside children and their families.

Manageable caseloads - We understand the importance of our teams having the right support in place, a healthy work-life balance, and a manageable caseload. We aim for caseloads to be between 15 and 22 (depending on the function you are working in).
