Job Title: Qualified Social Worker - Family Safeguarding
Location: Fleetwood, Lancashire
Start Date: ASAP
Hourly Rate: Up to £41 (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding Teams in Fleetwood, Lancashire. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all elements of statutory social work in a fast-paced environment, working closely with children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting assessments and developing plans to safeguard children and promote their welfare.
* Working collaboratively with families and partner agencies to provide effective support and intervention.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.
* Upholding professional standards and adhering to relevant legislation and policies.
Requirements:
* Relevant social work degree qualification.
* Substantial experience in a similar role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
* Commitment to promoting the welfare and rights of children and families.
