Our client, a leader in technical, FM, regeneration, and energy services, is looking for an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Role Overview: As a Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee the financial and contractual aspects of diverse projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will lead a team of quantity surveyors, driving best practices and ensuring the highest standards of commercial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of quantity surveyors.
Manage cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
Conduct financial reviews and prepare detailed reports.
Ensure projects adhere to budget and timeline constraints.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks.What We Offer:

Extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a successful track record.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Professional membership with RICS or equivalent is preferred.
