My client are a specialist roofing and cladding contractor supplying and installing a wide range of roofing and cladding systems across the UK. They work on student accommodation, high-rise developments, industrial, education, healthcare, and leisure projects across the country.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their business. Experience within the roofing and cladding industry is preferred but not essential.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will include:
Take the lead in all financial matters related to roofing and cladding contracts
Manage cost estimates, budgets, and procurement processes
Conduct thorough cost analysis, identifying potential areas for cost-saving measures
Collaborate with the team to monitor and control project expenses
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Mentor and support junior members of the quantity surveying teamSalary and benefits:
