The Role 

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary student services team in The Exchange, you will provide administration support to a range of services including, careers, student finance and learning technology.

What are we looking for? 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, to enable you to develop professional links with a wide range of individuals, at a variety of levels. You must also have experience in the use of a range of IT packages and systems, with a proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Outstanding customer service skills are also essential, as you will play a crucial role in supporting student experience.
