Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing general administrative support to the Senior Team with specific responsibilities for supporting Commercial Sales team.
Support Heads of Department in a PA capacity.
Assist with diary management and send emails on behalf of senior team.
Organise team meetings, events, and meetings with third parties and take meeting notes.
Process purchase orders and invoices.
Update Pipedrive CRM database.
Experience and Skills Requirements
Proficient written and communication skills.
Sales and office administration experience.
IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Advantageous to have experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM software.
Ability to prioritise workload based on deadlines and company strategy.
Excellent time management skills.
Accurate and highly organised with keen attention to detail.
Ability to demonstrate ownership and teamwork.
Willingness to engage in further skill development and training, as required for the role.
Hold a valid full driving license for the UK and a willingness to travel
