JGA are partnered with a established, and growing business, who have a newly created role of HR & Payroll Administrator to support both the HR Manager and Payroll Supervisor with day-to-day operations.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Assisting in our HR Manager and Payroll Supervisor to deliver a high quality of payroll preparation and day to day HR administrative tasks.
As a HR & Payroll Administrator, you would be required maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance, company policies and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both HR and payroll queries.
The position will require strong interpersonal skills, a professional manner and have a genuine interest in supporting the HR and Payroll function.
Supporting the HR Manager with day-to-day HR administrative tasks. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Proven experience working in a similar role working on both HR & Payroll tasks.
Excellent IT skills.
Attention to detail.
Excel proficient, including creating and formatting spreadsheets.
PC, Microsoft literate.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Able to work as part of a team and share knowledge.
Used to working in a busy environment and working to strict deadlines.
