Our client is looking to recruit an experienced business generator to help take them to the next level of turnover. The position would suit somebody who has an excellent network within construction. You will work with along with contacts from main contractors and clients to generate a varied element of primary contract and sub-contract work.
Your area of operation will be field based - North Yorkshire & Scotland
What will you be responsible for?
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in work winning across Yorkshire & Scotland.
Your day to day will include:
- Presenting to potential clients and consultants through direct communication, in face to face meetings, telephone calls and emails
- Report on Business Development activities to the management board
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities ensuring that all deadlines are met, and that information presented meets the company standards
This role of Business Development Manager is great for you if:
