Description

Manage executive appointments and schedules
Prepare reports, memos, and documents using word processing and spreadsheet software
Handle information requests and manage correspondence
Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
Maintain databases and filing systems
Liaise with clients and handle queries
Perform other related duties as requiredProfile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

Proficiency in office productivity software
Excellent organisational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to handle confidential information
