About the role: Early Years Teaching Assistant: Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and making a difference in the early stages of a child's education? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our warm and welcoming team in Finchley, London. As an EYFS TA, you’ll be working closely with our experienced teachers to support children in their earliest learning journeys. Whether it's helping with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support, or getting involved in our exciting outdoor learning sessions, your role will be vital in ensuring our little ones have the best start in life. This is a part-time role, perfect if you’re looking to balance work with other commitments. Application Requirements:

• A passion for working with young children and helping them grow.
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting or a similar role is preferred.
• A relevant qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities for children aged 3-5.
• Assist in creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to children who may need extra help.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative and inclusive school community.
