Monday to Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM)

Responsibilities: -

Perform maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and drains - Install new plumbing systems as needed for renovations or new construction projects
Troubleshoot any issues with water supply or drainage systems - Collaborate with other maintenance team members to address facility-related issues
Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to plumbing work

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing is required; additional certifications or qualifications are beneficial but not mandatory -
Proven experience in commercial plumbing maintenance is preferred but not essential

Skills:

Strong technical skills related to diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
