Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Manufacturing Engineer to join our inclusive and welcoming team. This full-time role is based in Buckingham and offers an attractive salary and benefits package.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work as a member of the NPI/Project team to deliver and improve products and processes. You will be responsible for continually reviewing and improving the process to deliver manufacturing techniques for a high level of efficiency, delivery, and quality standards.

In your first few weeks in this Engineer role, you can expect to:

Manage 2/3 projects simultaneously
Manage core process documentation including PFMEA and Control Plans work instructions
Develop and support processes for new products and new product introduction
Support quality engineering in defect investigation and deliver root cause resolution
Lead CI teams in all manufacturing aspects.

A Mechanical engineering degree or higher
A proven track record of manufacturing method improvements in assembly
Six Sigma background
Black belt preferable but not essential.
