This position offers the flexibility to attend our client's Birmingham office on a fortnightly basis

Due to our client's continued growth, they are looking for an Architectural Technician to play a key role in translating design concepts into technical drawings and specifications for Education, Commercial, Temporary building and various office fit out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in design and technician review- Utilise software, such as Revit, to develop models of buildings and structures

- Prepare detailed Architectural drawings, plans and elevations

- Develop construction details, specifications, and schedules

- Ensure designs comply with relevant building regulations and planning policies

- Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate Architectural designs

Maintain and develop strong client relationsKey Requirements:

Proficiency using Revit is essential
Previous experience working on Education and Commercial projects is beneficial
Highly creative and detail orientated
Prior experience working as an Architectural Technician
A degree in Architecture
Past experience coordinating and detailing projects
