Position : WATCH SALES MANAGER ( Full time )

Job role :

This remit is very much a departmental head position whereby this future appointee will take ownership of a portfolio of top Swiss Watch brands and ensure each Watch House sales reach their optimum trading potential.

The surrounding team has great experience however with your knowledge and sector appreciation you will be able to orchestrate even more salesfloor accomplishment .

Dextrous in your industry understanding watches are your true forte - the ability to assist in fine jewellery sales will be also be required.

There will be the need to liaise with a broad range of suppliers each with their own ordering protocols that must be observed to ensure the speediest after-sales ordering resolution.

Inherently this person needs to feel comfortable in leading others to maintain a safe for all working environment and impress upon store partners the vigilance that working within such a prized showroom space requires.

Requirements :

You should already exemplify much trade career association it would be helpful if you possessed recognised training from Breitling , Omega , Tudor and Tag Heuer .It would be an advantage if there was a familiarity with ROLEX sales.

Day -to-day you will be dealing with sales enquiries , ensuring timely follow up where required and at every turn ensuring that future client patronage is assured through the professionalism they encounter.

Everyday challenges of running a retail space effectively will be familiar to you & you are able to inspire others to follow the high standards set be they by this company or indeed the brands they work tirelessly to represent.

Adherence to best display and given planograms is your suit of first comfort & you are keen to develop supplier input as to how additional in-store promotions maybe additionally featured .

You are effortlessly able and keen to share your own knowledge with colleagues to the ultimate enrichment advantage of every customer be they a personal / virtual shopper.
