Customer Account Manager
Job Description
Taking charge of the full client life cycle – from on-boarding through to retention, and everything in-between
Be the main point of contact for customer enquiries, issues, and escalations
Act as the main conduit for service users, engineers, and data processors (to name a few)
Proactively engage with customers to identify underutilised functions, improve interfaces and make suggestions to maximise offerings
Build strong and meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
A recognised degree or accreditation in a relatable field or practical experience in a safety focused civil/rail/infrastructure or similar engineering role
The ability to positively engage and communicate across all business levels and all mediums
Experience with SaaS
Confident enough to make recommendations and provide advice on additional products and services
Highly competent with technology, and software systems.
