Key Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Business Development Manager/Director, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving sales growth. Your duties will include:

· Sales Acquisition: Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the engineering and industrial sectors.

· Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs.

· Market Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.

· Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.

· Proposal Development: Preparing and presenting compelling recruitment proposals to potential clients.

· Networking: Actively participating in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance our market presence.

· Collaboration: Working closely with our recruitment consultants to ensure successful delivery of client requirements.
