My client is a leading construction consultancy firm dedicated to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to their clients. With a focus on excellence and integrity, they provide comprehensive project management services across various sectors, ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects from conception to completion.

Position Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager with a consultancy background to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Building Surveying or Quantity Surveying and will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects of varying scales and complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

* Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and reports.

* Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

* Manage project budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring adherence to financial targets.

* Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve any conflicts or disputes.

* Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

* Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager within a consultancy environment.

* Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
