The Opportunity
Nuclear Power Programmes are delivering client critical works to some of our major UK and European Projects. Our embedded teams are delivering support helping develop technologies in SMR (Small modular Reactor). As a result, our client is currently seeking an experienced Framework manager to drive the effectivity of all project frameworks.

Working in both client facing and internal roles we are delivering major programme and project management capabilities throughout the project lifecycle. We are driving to deliver safe, high quality and to time solutions by thinking innovatively and working collaboratively.

The role
As the Framework Manager (FWM), you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the framework, including submitting required client and internal reporting / monitoring requirements as well as the active business development of opportunities from the frameworks. Framework Management includes detailed understanding of the H&S, Quality, Financial and Commercial opportunities and associated risks; balancing commercial improvement and growth with day-to-day Ops management. 

Your duties and responsibilities will be
Responsibility for delivery of projects and services under the framework including the safety of all the teams involved.
Champion the solving of client’s business challenges.
Work with the service manager and the back-office operations team in securing candidates.
Be the main contact with the local client relationships to support our people.
Responsible for the commercial success of the framework; bettering the as sold margin and minimising the invoicing and payment periods.
Understand the Framework contract; ensure contract compliance, including reporting requirements, and maximising opportunities to enhance operating profit
Proactively manage the non-billable time associated with the framework.
Build the framework team spirit; ensure adequate induction and share key information regularly, including key lessons learned.You will have the following qualifications and experience 
Strong organisational and project management and leadership skills.
Experience of resource management and building teams.
Strong communications skills - ability to engage colleagues and senior staff
Strong interpersonal skills, including questioning for clarification and establishing of facts, observation and active Listening.
Relevant experience in marketing and bid management.
Good commercial acumen; understanding of financial, risk, legal and contractual issues.Get in touch now
