Key Responsibilities:

Individualised Support: Tailor your support to meet the unique needs of students with autism, promoting their social and academic development.
Behavioural Support: Implement effective strategies to manage and support behavioural challenges.
Communication: Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to maintain open and clear communication regarding students' progress and needs.
Resource Development: Contribute to the creation of specialised resources and materials to enhance the learning experience.
Inclusive Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom, ensuring that all students feel valued and supported.Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, particularly with a focus on supporting students with autism.
Relevant qualifications or training related to autism spectrum disorders.
Strong understanding of autism and evidence-based strategies for support.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
