Your responsibilities as a Scrub Nurse will include:
Delivering first-class patient care
Contributing to continuous quality improvement
Developing and enhancing your skills and those of others
Promoting evidence-based best practice
Ensuring strict adherence to legislation, policies, and proceduresPackage and Benefits:

Opportunities for professional developmentThe ideal Scrub Nurse/Orthopaedic Theatre Practitioner candidate should have:
Registered Nurse/ODP qualification
A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in surgical practice including perioperative and orthopaedic experience
Evidence of clinical reasoning and sound decision-making skills across a varied patient case mix
Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills
