They have the goal of putting patients first and to help people around the world live better and healthier lives.

Location:

Swindon. This site is a large manufacturing centre for our client with the facility being over 253,000 square feet in size. It houses the fast dissolving tablet development and manufacturing operations as well as a C MC pharmaceutical analytical lab services unit that offers ASAP stability.

Accounts Assistant Role:

Process invoices resulting in the end payment to suppliers and other business partners, review supplier invoices, complete appropriate check s for business approval and/or PO match and enter the invoice details into the ERP system.
Ensure timely and compliant processing of supplier invoices and achievement of AP service centre KPIs to include matching, correcting indexing, and coding invoices.
Participate in AP workflow tasks and monitor assigned site's invoicing/payment processing.
Manage payment controls and ensure all supplier payments are accurate and comply with various company policies.
Your Background:

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous Accounts Payable experience.
