Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all site workers.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to building regulations and standards.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, site diaries, and health and safety documentation.
Manage site budgets and resources effectively to ensure project costs are controlled and within budget.
Lead by example, promoting a positive and collaborative team environment.Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential development projects.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field (e.g., NVQ, HNC, HND, or degree).
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is essential.
First Aid at Work certification is desirable.
Proficient in the use of construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer:
