Site Manager (Retail Fit Out) - MCG Construction

MCG Construction, a leading Main Contractor, is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to work on the delivery of an extensive retail fit-out project. This role involves managing a flagship project related to the refurbishment, upgrade, and remodel of a live trading area, working during the out-of-hours period.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Health and Safety Management: Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
  2. Project Coordination: Deliver daily inductions and toolbox talks to ensure all site personnel are aware of project requirements and expectations.
  3. Site Operations: Oversee the site's daily operations, ensuring the project is running to programme and that any issues are promptly addressed.
  4. Problem-Solving: Deal with any problems that arise on site, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
