As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective management of properties. Your duties will include:

Producing high-quality, photographic inspection reports.
Conducting routine inspections and addressing any concerns raised by tenants regarding the property or their tenancy.
Managing and processing maintenance requests to ensure a high level of due diligence.
Conducting property viewings for rental properties.
Organising safety certificates and overseeing remedial works.
Liaising with contractors to ensure prompt completion of maintenance works.
Obtaining quotes from various contractors and presenting them to the landlords.
Processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.
Comparing pre and post-inspections to identify any property condition issues and create action plans for resolution.
Managing end of tenancy deposit processes.
Assisting with other property management functions.Requirements:

You must have:

A clean UK driving licence - this is essential
Accredited Property Exams or previous property management experience
Excellent customer service skills
Proactive and positive approach to tasks
Strong organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
Reliable, responsible, and committed to exceeding expectations
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a team player mindsetIt's a plus if you have:

People management experience
Sales experience
