Responsibilities include:
Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining safety standards.
Handling various customer contacts across multiple channels.
Logging and analysing customer interactions for improvements.
Collaborating with operational teams to address customer needs promptly.
Addressing customer complaints
The ideal candidate:
Passionate about customer service.
Strong communication
Problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitaskPlease note, the hours for this role will be shits between the hours of 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and the occasional Saturday working 8am 4pm.
