The Package.

Location: London
Boroughs: Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Islington, Camden, Southwark, Wembley, Lambeth , Hammersmith,
Hours: 9am - 5pm
Working Pattern: Full and Part-time available
Rate of Pay: £16.00
Duration: shifts available between June & September

Flexible Scheduling - we will be offering a variety of shifts; you can work shifts that suit your requirements.

Here's a bit about the job.

You will be ensuring that the location remains safe and always looking its best, by providing a high standard of repair and maintenance service
Undertake repair and maintenance tasks to a high quality including plumbing; joinery and carpentry; painting/decorating; replacement of lighting lamps/tubes and required statutory testing
Running weekly fire alarm and emergency lighting checks
Logging maintenance requests, H&S hazards and stock requests as required.
Keeping working areas clean and tidy

What are we looking for?

People who are dedicated to working safely, and to the highest possible standard at all times
Experience in undertaking repairs and maintenance in a residential environment or experience in any of the following trades: building, plumbing or carpentry.
Able to work in a safe and compliant manner
