Key Responsibilities- General Cleaning: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in residential buildings, including common areas and facilities.
- Light Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, to ensure the estate's infrastructure is in good working order.
- Grounds Maintenance: Carry out light gardening duties, including leaf blowing and sweeping, to keep the estate's external areas tidy and safe.
- Asset Protection: Remove graffiti and other forms of vandalism to protect our assets and maintain a positive image of the estate.
- Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
