What will the day-to-day duties involve?

Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients
Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market
Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct candidate screenings, arrange interviews, skills assessments and reference checks
Ensure clear communication between key stakeholders, such as clients and candidates
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, aiming to match them with suitable opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality service
Actively follow the weekly sales cycle and promote KPI Recruiting to generate leads
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Plan to meet the future recruitment needs of Technology clients
What we would like to see from you?

Full UK driving license
Experience in a 360-recruitment role is required
Business development experience is essential
Understanding of Digital & Data Transformation is desired
Experience working with DevOps, Full-stack Developers and Data talent is also desired
Professional conduct
Great Attention to detail
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Ability to manage your own time
Self-starter, with problem solving skills
Always maintains a sense of humour
