Job Title: Welder
Key Responsibilities:
Welding and Fabrication: Work with stainless steel to weld and fabricate bespoke products for niche industries.
Job Preparation: Collaborate with customers and internal departments to set up and prepare jobs.
Drawing Interpretation: Interpret welding drawings accurately to ensure precise work.
Gauge Work: Typically work with gauges between 1mm and 5mm, with some additional complex fabrication on each part.
Quality Control: Critically evaluate your own work and question instructions to ensure high standards.Key Requirements:
TIG Welding: Confident in TIG welding with stainless steel.
Drawing Interpretation: Able to interpret welding drawings accurately.
Critical Evaluation: Must be able to question instructions and critically evaluate your own work.
