**Starting Salary: Day shift**:£16.05 per hour / £625.95 per week £32,549.40 per annum and overtime rates at x1.5

**Late shift**:£19.90 per hour / £776.17 per week / £40,361.25 per annum and overtime rates at x1.5

These are the starting salaries for the role, there is a salary grading scale which as you meet the required skills you will be able to increase your salary. This could see you earning up to £37,051.56 on days and £45,934.20 on lates (more details below)

The company do want everyone to be at a level 1 standard so they will fully support you in gaining the experience in moving up the levels and they undertake skill reviews every 6 months to help you achieve this.

**Salaries for the levels are;**

**Level 3 (Starting rate)**:

- **Days**:£16.05 per hour / £32,549.40 per annum
- **Nights**:£19.90 per hour / £40,361.25 per annum

**Level 2**:

- **Days**:£17.16 per hour / £34,800.48 per annum
- **Nights**:£21.27 per hour / £43,152.59 per annum

**Level 1**:

- **Days**:£18.27 per hour / £37,051.56 per annum
- **Nights**:£22.65 per hour / £45,934.20 per annum

**Hours: Day shift**:39 hours per week, Monday - Friday 6.00am - 3.00pm

**Late shift**:39 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 3.00pm - 1.15am

**Overtime**:Abundance of overtime plus up to 20% of contracted hours are available as overtime with an enhanced rate of up to 1.5 of basic rate

**About the Welder vacancy**

Key Responsibilities:

- Welding, fabricating and fitting to various industry standards
- Reading, interpreting and working from engineering drawings
- Working with a variety of materials including Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Aluminum and other exotic materials from thin to thick gauge

We are looking for individuals who have:

- Can fabricate and weld to a high standard suitable for the Energy & Equipment industries
- A proven working history of Welding / Fabrication.
- TIG and MIG welding is essential
- Experience of working within a variety of materials especially Stainless Steel & Mild Steel
