**Position Overview:**

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Skilled Labourer to join our team for kit erecting and fit-out projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various construction activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our projects.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.

- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under the guidance of skilled tradespeople.

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

- Support team members in completing tasks within deadlines, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability as required.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations, to promote a safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in a construction environment is essential.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions.

- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- A valid CSCS card and driver's license.
