Position Overview: We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Kit House joiner to joiner our team on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling and installing various components of kit houses, contributing to the efficient and timely completion of our projects.

Responsibilities:

* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to assemble kit house components accurately.

* Measure, cut, and shape materials such as timber, panels, and insulation to precise dimensions.

* Install windows, doors, roofing, and other structural elements according to building standards and regulations.

* Collaborate effectively with team members and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and project progression.

* Adhere to health and safety protocols and quality standards to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

* Communicate with project managers and supervisors to report progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions as needed.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a joiner, preferably in the construction of kit houses or similar prefabricated structures.

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.

* Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, and materials used in construction.

* Attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality craftsmanship.

* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

* Valid CSCS card.

* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
