Our loyal client has asked for CMA’s support to assist them with the newly created role of Business Analyst which is due to growth.  This provides business support by analysis of operational and financial data, providing daily reports from SQL based operating system and Excel databases.  Providing financial reporting and business analysis in supporting the business to become more efficient.  This is an extremely exciting time to join this fast paced and vibrant environment. 

What will the Business Analyst role involve?

Working within the Finance team, assisting where directed, in a pro-active and professional manner.
Delivering insightful analysis to key stakeholders for ad-hoc analysis requirements.
Supporting the delivery of the budgeting and forecasting process.
Delivery of periodic set reporting to the wider business.
Support on ERP software implementation helping to map business processes.
General Business and Process Analysis – Analyse business systems (ERP and other) to identify opportunities for improvement, recommend suitable solutions to meet business needs and work closely with the development teams to deliver solutions.
Ad-hoc data extract / Analysis, providing various reports to business unit heads to help them optimise their work stream.
Suitable Candidate for the Business Analyst vacancy:

Advanced Excel.
SQL data base experience.
Excellent Analytical skills.
Knowledge of data modelling techniques.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
2 years’ experience as an analyst.
Willingness to be fully office based.
