What You Will Do:
Lead the site Technical function to guarantee compliance with legal standards and food safety.
Ensure effective recruitment, training, and management of Quality Managers.
Support external audits and maintain internal audit schedules.
Communicate audit corrective action plans and ensure non-conformances are addressed promptly.
Review product specifications, ensuring all versions are current and meet customer requirements.
Coordinate the investigation of customer complaints of a technical nature, ensuring findings and action plans are communicated effectively.
What You Will Bring:
Food-related HND, Advanced Food Safety Level 4, and Advanced HACCP Level 4 qualifications.
Experience with BRCGS or ISO 9000 and internal auditing qualifications.
Proven leadership skills and experience in motivating teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, at all levels.
Knowledge and experience of major retailers' standards and expectations.
